Finding Clarity: Ask Yourself Introspective Questions
The first question you’re going to ask yourself is: when was the last time I took a break and disconnected? Hustling between school, work, family, friends, and everything in between, it can be challenging to find time for self-care.
Another question you should ask yourself is: do I even know how to disconnect and take time off to care for my personal happiness and health?
If you’re anything like the billions of adults on this planet, the answer is probably ‘no.’

This will set you on a journey of personal growth, self-awareness, and clarity. Hence, by getting to know yourself better and what you want out of life, you can direct your energy to where it needs to go.
Pretty soon, you’ll find yourself moving forward toward your goals rather than dwelling on things that happened in the past.
